Under article 6 III 2 of French law no. 2004-575 on confidence in the digital economy, the publisher’s identity is not made public on this site; it has been given to the host, who holds it at the disposal of the authorities.

Personal data

This site collects no personal data. It sets no cookie, uses no analytics and loads no resource from another domain.

The game collects nothing either and makes no network request. Your games, your settings and your records are written to your browser’s or device’s local storage, and never leave it. Clearing the site’s data erases them for good.

As no data is collected, there is no recipient, no transfer and no retention period to declare. The GDPR rights of access, rectification and erasure are exercised, in practice, from your browser’s settings.

Intellectual property

The Karadoku name, the game’s graphic identity and this site’s content are protected. Sudoku itself belongs to nobody: this game offers a variant of it and claims nothing over the principle.

The fonts are distributed under free licences. JetBrains Mono, Space Grotesk and Noto Sans JP are all under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; the licence texts are served with the site.

The site is provided as is. The publisher guarantees neither uninterrupted service nor freedom from error, and cannot be held liable for the use made of it.

The outbound links on this site lead to the game, on its own subdomain, and nowhere else.
